How is the Fellowship different from buying one certification individually?

One certification gives you one program. The Fellowship gives you multiple certifications, future refreshes, and the ability to retake cohorts while your membership is active.

What is your refund policy?

Your refund window is tied to the start date of your first course, not your signup date. You can request a full refund up until 14 days after your first course begins. After that, the membership is non-refundable — including courses you haven't taken yet.

Example: if you sign up on June 16 and your first course starts June 20, your refund deadline is July 4 (14 days after the course start). Request on or before July 4 and you're covered. After July 4, the membership and all future courses are non-refundable.

After the refund window, are all other courses non-refundable?

Yes. Once you pass the two-week window on your first cohort, the membership is non-refundable for the remaining 12 months. That includes all courses, retakes, and on-demand content.

What does "lock in $3,600/year for life" actually mean?

As a Founding Fellow, you keep the $3,600/year rate for as long as the Fellowship remains active. The price may change for future members as the Fellowship grows — but founding Fellows lock in this annual price.

If I cancel, do I lose access to future cohorts and retake opportunities?

Yes. This is an active annual membership. If you cancel, you stop getting access to future live cohorts, refreshes, and retakes once your membership period ends. You can cancel anytime — ongoing access continues only while your membership is active.

Is this for me if I've already taken the AI Product Management Certification?

Do I need to complete all certifications in one year?

No. You have access when you need it. Focus on the most relevant certification now, and return to the others — and to cohorts and refreshes — as your role, company, and skill needs evolve.

What happens if a course changes — for example, if an instructor changes, a start date is pushed back, or a course is canceled or no longer offered?
