Most products fail. One of the most challenging tasks in every company is to launch a new product or functionality effectively and successfully. However, in too many cases, it ends with an internal blame game: "We built what they told us, but sales is not selling.” This session covers key concepts and insights on maximizing a new product launch’s chances of success using the reference customer’s methodology. We will discuss the discovery process, what the handover process between product and engineering should look like, the distribution of responsibilities in the organization, and more.
