This session will borrow from Heidi's experience working with some of the world's biggest companies and organizations to help them start moving at startup speed. It will cover some fundamental pillars that can be required for success - setting a clear strategy, building a test & learn 'muscle', shifting the culture - and the role that product managers can and should play to set the strategic and cultural heartbeat of any organization.
Heidi is a Partner & Director of Product at BCG Digital Ventures where she works with the world's leading companies and organizations to explore the next horizon of innovation and launch game-changing ventures. She has worked with clients in multiple industries and geographies and has launched businesses spanning from an energy procurement marketplace, a concierge service for seniors, to a groundbreaking venture foundry with an institutional investor. In addition to her venture work, Heidi is an active leader in DV's diversity and inclusion efforts and is the Head of the Product Cohort. Prior to DV, Heidi was a startup PM and founder, having launched a new lending platform at Kiva.org, founded a food-tech startup, and most recently, led a product team at ZestFinance.
